Međugorje Private Tour

Overview

Your tour starts at the arranged pick up point at arranged pick up time. At the beginning of the tour a private guide/driver will introduce you to the route plan while you are driving on the way to Bosnia and Herzegovina. After less than 2 hours of driving you will come to Međugorje. Since 1981, it has become a popular site of Catholic pilgrimage due to Our Lady of Međugorje, an alleged series of apparations of the Virgin Mary to six local children that are still hapenning to this day. Međugorje is now one of the biggest prayer centre іn the world. You will have free time and opportunity to climb up on your own on the Apparition Hill (where Virgin Mary appeared in 1981) or attend the holly Mass in the St. James`s church. After the guiding tour ended, tour guide will recommend you some of the local restaurant, shops with souvenirs and coffee shops. After all, it’s time to return to Trogir, Kaštela or Split. We recommend you to make an amazing photos of all these amazing sights, which will always remind you of the wonderful day spent with us.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Passengers are recommended to bring comfortable clothes and shoes, snacks and water. Also, in a case of bad weather condition in the area, bring some warm clothes or jacket and umbrella. Please check the weather conditions in the park day before so you can take with you appropriate clothing.

Tour is not recommended for children younger than 3 years and people with mobility issues.

Note: Due to the border crossing with Bosnia and Herzegovina, passport is a must!
